Our expert team will guide you through the custom build process of your Factor bike. You can choose from a the full range of road and gravel frames or complete bikes. If you can’t see exactly what you want, your can order virtually and colour combination from the Factor Prisma Studio.

The ONE is not a revolution pulled from thin air; it is the evolution of everything we’ve learned in recent years. From the Olympic-record-breaking HANZŌ Track to the all-conquering OSTRO VAM, each project has added layers of knowledge. We’ve amassed a deep understanding of form and shapes, fusing CFD, wind tunnel, and real world knowledge. How to manipulate turbulence around a spinning wheel, how to extract more speed without sacrificing stability. When the UCI relaxed key design regulations, we were ready. We pushed to the very edge of what is now possible, not only aerodynamically, but in rider fit and handling. In its first public appearance, unannounced, in prototype form, the ONE won a stage of the Critérium du Dauphiné. It was not a debut. It was a declaration.

FACTOR ONE.

The Factor ONE is the most radical, "no-compromise" aero road bike in the Factor lineup. While the OSTRO VAM is an all-rounder, the ONE is a pure speed specialist designed for flat-out racing, sprinting, and time-trial-like efficiency on the road. The Factor ONE is engineered for one specific goal: Outright Speed. It breaks away from traditional bike design to exploit every millimeter of UCI regulation, resulting in a machine that is over 8% faster than its all-rounder siblings.

OSTRO vam.

The OSTRO VAM is the holy grail of bike design: a frame that climbs like a specialist but sprints like a pro. By stripping away every unnecessary gram while refining its aero profile, It’s as comfortable over rough pavé as it is efficient on steep gradients gradient. While other bikes force you to choose between weight and drag, the OSTRO VAM refuses to compromise, offering a ride that is lightning-fast, feather-light, and surprisingly compliant.

02 VAM.

The O2 VAM is for the lightweight purist. It is Factor’s lightest and most responsive frame, born to live on mountain passes and steep gradients. While modern bikes often get heavier to gain aero advantages, the O2 VAM stays true to its roots: it is a sub-700g climbing masterpiece. Its beauty lies in its "minimalist-aero" design—shaving away every unnecessary gram while using ultra-high-grade carbon to ensure every watt of energy is transferred directly to the tarmac. When you stand on the pedals on a 15% kick, this bike doesn't just respond; it inspires.

MONZA.

The Monza is the newest addition to the Factor stable, designed as a true race machine. It takes the elite WorldTour geometry of the Ostro VAM and translates it into a more durable, accessible package. By using a different carbon layup that offers comfort and vibration damping, the Monza offers a "tougher" feel that’s perfect for rough UK roads and all-day endurance efforts. It even features internal downtube storage, acknowledging that real-world riders need tools and spares without compromising their aero profile.

SARANA.

The Sarana is a different breed entirely—it is an "Ultra-Distance" system designed for events measured in days rather than hours. Developed with elite ultra-racers, it prioritises rider resilience and self-sufficiency. The frame features a unique leaf-spring seat-stay system to reduce vibration fatigue by 18%, and its geometry is tuned to remain stable even when the rider is exhausted. With huge tyre clearance and a specific frame-bag integration system, it is a mobile basecamp built for speed.

OSTRO GRAVEL.

Born in the wind tunnel, the Ostro Gravel is a pure racing machine designed to dominate fast, flat, and wind-swept gravel sectors. It takes the "Aero-is-Everything" philosophy of the Ostro VAM and applies it to a more rugged frame frame. Every tube shape is optimised to reduce drag at the high speeds common in elite gravel racing. It is exceptionally stiff and surprisingly light, making it the definitive choice for podium hunters who want to finish a race as fresh (and fast) as possible.

ALUTO.

The Aluto is the "all-rounder" of the gravel worl - a bike that balances racing pedigree with rugged versatility. It borrows the aggressive, responsive geometry of Factor’s road range but pairs it with massive tyre clearance and integrated storage. It’s designed for the rider who wants a fast, snappy feel on technical trails without sacrificing the ability to carry tools and supplies for a 300km day. With its 27.2mm round seatpost and dropper-post compatibility, it is as much a technical trail explorer as it is a gravel racer.

Can I start my Factor custom build remotely?

Absolutely. While visiting us offers a “hands-on” look at the range of Factor bikes, we offer virtual consultations via video call or phone for our long-distance clients. How to prepare:

Which models do you stock?

We offer all the current Factor models although not every size and colourway is available in our showroom. Our goal is to build the right bike for you, not just sell what’s on the shelf.

Can I order a full bike?

Yes. We can supply you with a full bike, but each bike will need to be customised to your exact requirements. This will include bar width, crank length etc. Each Factor will come with Black Inc components although we you can specify other components if required.

 

Can I purchase a factor bike on Cycle to Work?
