We provide the bike size in the description. It’s always a good idea to check the manufacturers website for sizing details, or by prior arrangement you can visit us and try out the bike for size.
If you have already had a bike done we can use your measurements to advise if the bike is right for you.
If you have not had a bike fit we can arrange this for you with our partner who operate nationally.
We provide a detailed description on all our bikes and any defects will be shown in the photographs. We actively encourage test rides and inspections so you can decide if the bike is suitable for your needs and its condition and to test any features of the bike.
We allow test rides at our premises by prior arrangement. You can also fully inspect the bike whilst you are there.
We accept payment via bank transfer, PayPal and credit card. We don’t accept cash payments.
In the unlikely event you have an issue just get in touch and we’ll do our best to help. We cannot be held responsible for any changes, modifications or replacement parts after the bike has been purchased. We recommend you seek the advice of a qualified mechanic to service your bike.
With part exchange you can use the value of your bike, wheels or group set against anything in stock on our website. Alternatively, you can just sell your gear outright to us but we only buy equipment from leading brands and in good condition.
Yes, we only buy bikes that have been looked after and free from damage. We also expect the bike to be cleaned prior to deliver or collection to avoid any reduction in the price agreed.
We consider all factors that can affect a bikes value. The brand, model, new selling price not just RRP, size, age, overall condition and current market selling trends and prices.
We offer a free collection service within North West. If you are outside of this area we can arrange collection for a fixed fee.
After this period we will provide you with a new quotation as long as the bike is in the same condition.
If you are delivering your bike to us we will examine your bike and if we are satisfied on its condition we will transfer the funds to you the same day. If we are collecting your bike then payment will be made once we receive it and confirm its condition. This is usually within 24hrs.
Yes, we do not buy pre-owned MTB, Hybrid, BMX, Tandem, Recumbent, Trikes, or Kid’s Bikes. Additionally, folding bikes (except for Brompton) and tubular wheels are not accepted.
We’re passionate about road, gravel, and TT bikes, frame sets, wheel sets, and e-bikes meeting specific criteria.
Road, Gravel and TT Bikes less than 5 years old with an original selling price of more than £1,200.
Road, Gravel and TT framesets with an original selling price of £1,000 or more. No older than 5 years.
Wheelsets with an original selling price of over £500. No older than 5 Years.
E-Bikes with an original selling price of over £1,800. No older than 4 Years.
