I’ve always been a fan of Time bicycles, their RTM process being the outlier in the carbon bike industry. So when I was thinking of upgrading my Scott Addict, the Time Alp d’Huez disc was top of a list of one. They’re a bit niche which I like and the quality of build is second to none. I also like the lack of performance gains that so many competitors use, I just want a bike that great to ride. Dealers are thinner on the ground and I’m so grateful to Andy for sorting me out with mine, the frame arrived very quickly from Time, only a week and Andy sorted out the shipping for me – Northern Ireland requiring a bit more paperwork. All in all, I’m very pleased with the service from Andy and Yélo.

We were absolutely delighted with the 2021 Specialized SL7 purchased from Yélo recently. Andy delivered it in person and it arrived in immaculate condition. My son Archie has been competing on it since in Nat B races and has achieved some great results in the U23 National Series. Upgrading to a more modern road bike with 12 speed SRAM eTap AXS groupset and Hunt 50 tubeless wheelset has helped make a performance difference. The bike was reasonably priced and I’ve since asked Andy to find another similar bike for me.

Love the bike, used it to commute today. Need to adjust the gearing on the small sprocket but that’s no biggie. Power meter works well and I sold the other one to offset some money. Turns out my other two bikes were 172.5 cranks lengths anyway so all good and dandy. Thanks again for your professional and honest service it was a pleasure doing buying from you.
