The S-Works Tarmac is a machine that can win you a Grand Tour, but if you don’t need quite that much firepower then the Tarmac Disc Expert is a truly exhilarating machine with the same DNA just a more accessible price tag.
This bike is born to hunt race wins in local crits, but is equally happy out on the roads, straining for the summit of your nearest, biggest climb. If you’re hunting for KOMs, this is your machine.
The Tarmac features Rider-First Engineered technology the industry-leading process was pioneered on this model, after all. For those in the dark, Rider-First means that Specialize optimise every frame, regardless of size, so that every Tarmac performs in exactly the same way.
That race-winning frame is constructed in FACT 10r carbon fibre so it’s brilliantly light but also stiff and robust. The tubes also benefit from specific layups with built-in compliance in all the right places.
Recall
The cranks on this model were subject to a recall by Shimano and this bike has had a brand new chainset fitted by an authorised Specialized dealer.

Condition
The bike shows virtually no marks marks on the frame and groupset which are shown in the pictures. The seat post has minimal marks which is to be expected when raising and lowering. The Specialized saddle is unmarked and shows no signs of use.
The crankset is brand new so has no marks from use.
We have fully serviced the bike to ensure it is ready for immediate use by its new owner and the frame has been ceramic coated to protect the frame and components including a brand new chainset fitted under warranty.
